Another whimsical peice that's been in my folder for a long time... I started this one MONTHS ago when the image popped into my head, and then I forgot about it until last week! I decided to finish it off...
This was supposed to be an excersize in rendering fur and feathers with a pencil. (a BIC 0.7 mechanical pencil) I really like how it turned out EXCEPT for the formost wing... that one bugs me... and I know why NOW... but I didn't see it as I was working on it... oh well... that's just how it goes sometimes. anyways, I hope you guys like it! XD |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
