This peice has been a LONG time in coming.... Some of you may recognize it from the "vote incentive" I never remembered to update for Furrshadowed.
I did this peice for two reasons: 1) I really liked the concept! 2) I wanted to prove that I could. Painted veritably from scrap in Photoshop CS2. The background was completely designed by me as well (in photoshop). This is Saige, I don't know if I'll continue to draw him or not, but since I've been spending so much time staring at him, I've grown quite a fondness for him. Please don't steal him!! I worked hard on him. ... P.S. thanks to  for the name suggestion!  I'm sure Saige and her faun "Kai" will be great freinds.  as she has shown here -> [link] Comments I almost thaught the title said "Sleeping is Fun" I was like IT IS!!! XD
Nice job,the only thing is that you could have blended the colors a bit better like you did in the face. -- I DONT WANT CUPCAKES I WANT MUFFINS!!!  those muscles are so beautiful TTATT <3 so well shaded and the hands are so detailed *grabby*

 awe! hes adorable! i love how close you got the colors and all. plus the pose is just adorable and hoe gentle his face is makes it a very soft atmosphere. beautiful.
 Wow you did a really nice job on him. The shading is perfect and you did an especially nice job on the hands. great concept.

hmm. Thanks, I'll keep that in mind if I ever go back and tweak it! ... I did the face first and then redid the rest of it a couple of times, I can't remember exactly how I got the face so smoothly blended...  but I'll keep trying.  -- Confidence: The feeling you have before you understand the situation.
