Back and There Again...

Greetings and Salutations, Watchers and Passerby,



Things have been pretty crazy the last little while, and I've been meaning to give you guys an update for some time now!


First off, After much searching and effort, I have found a new job. (I've needed one for some time.) I currently work as a Security Guard with the company "Staff Pro". What that means is that I do Event Security, (Conventions, Concerts, Etc...) My hours are rather erratic, but the work is very interesting! ... For example, I worked Security for the 2011 Academy Awards, it was fun seeing all that set up, and I even 'badged' Anne Hathaway in the back hallways. (didn't recognise her at first, but that's what we were supposed to do anyways.)


Secondly, On the morning of March 27th 2011, my Maternal Grandmother passed away. She'd been ill for a number of years now, and recently her health had been declining rapidly, it was never-the-less somewhat of a shock, (as these things almost always are.) when she passed. Thankfully she passed in her sleep and painlessly, I've been working hard since then, both helping with the funeral services, and cleaning up her home. That has helped alot.


That news does lead rather directly to my Third Update, With my Grandmother's passing, my Mother, (and consequently our family.) inherited my Grandmother's house, so we are in the process of moving. We have a self-set deadline of the end of June to be finished, there's ALOT of work involved, packing up and cleaning/fixing both places. I loved my grandmother, but she was old, and let alot of repairs slide in her place. (understandably).


That said, it will be nice to have a stable place to live, and it's bigger than our current place.


So yeah, very busy, but that's helping and in alot of ways I feel better already than I did.


Just wanted to give you guys some heads-up, I know you've all been incredibly patient with me, hope to talk to you all more soon!
