They were apparently from some Christian Group or other (never did figure out which) who decided that because the convention permitted Scantily Clad Cosplayers, and all the other weird anime references, that it was a "sin" and "evil" or some such nonsense like that. (hence my amusement.) ...

Greetings and Salutations Watchers and Passerby!
In accordance with my previous journal, I'm trying to post more art, and more regularly. However I've come to a small hiccup in that particular plan.
Most of my current projects are Commissions, or other pieces I can't post just yet. For example, I'm doing art for 3 different Tabletop RPG systems. (all by different authors) and since they're not published yet, I can't really post the work.
That said, I do still want to give you guys some art, and post work as regularly as possible.

I'm trying to post on a relatively regular basis now... I'm trying to Work on Proffessional Artwork closer to Full-time instead of Part-time. What this means for you guys is more artwork! Hopefully every other day or at least a couple of times a week.
What it also means is I'm a lot more open for commissions than I have been previously! So if you've been waiting or thinking about one just let me know what you're looking for and I can either post a 'Commission Page' about it, or give you an estimate.

Sorry I've been so quiet lately, had a lot of well... LIFE stuff to deal with, things have been kinda busy this last year with boring stuff. But enough about that. On to the NOT so boring stuff!
ANIME EXPO 2015!!
We, As in those who contribute to 'Star Dragon Studios', will be at Anime Expo again this year! You can find us at booths D79 & D80. which is facing the back wall along the right side if you're just entering the Dealer's Hall. I will be attending Califur this year in Irvine California! it will be this coming weekend May 30th through June 1st. (late notice I know... sorry!)

Lol, it's funny that the convention attracted protesters but I suppose it isn't really surprising. Some religious groups are a bit.. whacky.. at times. But then again I guess the same could be said about the parade of numa numa singing cosplayers XD
Sounds like you had fun, the break dancing sailor moon must have been a sight lol. It would have been INCREDIBLY funny if they did that head spin thing with the sailor moon pony-tail things flailing around.
And I was -finally- able to get time off to attend expo after a confusing ordeal with administration at work. So now I am in California til the seventh and will definately be attending expo with some friends XD
